what challenges have you faced in owning your own business?

i want to interview a business owner, i want to know, what is the highest education you have? how many years have you had your business? how long have you been in the community? can you tell me something that i should know about having your own business? and have the resent economy affected your business in any way?

    I have two degrees. B.S. degree in Mathematics, and an Associate’s degree in Accounting.

    Been in business for about 20 years (although I wasn’t properly licensed when I first started out – I was still in college).

    Been in the same city all my life except for vacations.

    Your own business = it’s all up to you to be ethical and make ends meet. Do research before entering into a given field of work.

    The economy has had a small impact on me due to the fact that some of my clients are not doing the same level of business as they were 10 years ago, so I can’t charge them as much per month as I used to.
