can you post the other track, Private Armies, which I think is even better?
She worked also with Sheffield second generation Human League’s group Heanven seventeen.
I am curious to discover her litterature…
Case you wondering.. Madlib sample 3:25 for the seconde beat on FIlthy (untouched)
Those drums are Crazy haha.
Glad to see I’m not the only person who loves this track, which I first heard on the “Anti NY” compilation (2001.) The blend of pop, punk, and avant-garde just works so perfectly here (how can you not love that bassline?!)
FYI, John “Johnny Rotten” Lydon was the co-producer of this one per a Discogs comment. I’d verify it myself but it would require a lot of vinyl digging that’s not happening right now.
If I remember correctly, Keith Levine of PIL was the guitarist. Excellent song!
Yeah, m8 Sean introduced me to that YEARS ago – bass is excellent & the song reminds me of ex wife!
VIV roolz!

The Bassline is just sublime!!You gotta love the 80′s man, and i don’t mean your typical cheesy 80′s stuff, but the Avant-garde Stuff like this. Absolute stone-cold killa!! love it.
