Sounds like you need our good ole friends at the SBA. Visit SBA.gov for TONS of free information. Manufacturers produce a product and sell to wholesalers. Wholesalers sell to retailers. Retailers must go through the wholesalers.
Buying wholesale is a rather easy process. Contact a manufacturer of a product you would like to sell. Ask who their wholesalers are in your area. They will gladly give you their number. Then call the wholesaler and ask to set up a new account. Don’t buy into any of the scams that offer a list of wholesalers for a price. This is unnecessary because all you have to do is contact manufacturers for wholesalers.
Also, be weary of any “wholesaler” advertising online. The majority of wholesalers will not advertise online. These are usually retailers acting as wholesalers just ripping you off. Don’t pay any money to set up a new account or anything like that.
A genuine wholesaler will need a Tax ID number and/or a business license to assure that you are a real business. This will allow you to pay no taxes because it assures the wholesaler you will charge tax to the final customer.
To get a Tax ID number visit your state’s website and look for information on forming a new business. There should be a lot of information there and you will need to contact your local tax commission either via the internet or visiting their office to fill out forms. Send them in and you are ready to go.

You dont have to buy a coffee shop to make BIg money!! Work at home! I have tried many “work from home” systems and all have failed! However I just got in to a system a few months back and it is the best thing ever!! I work just a few hours a day and I bring in LOADS of cash. It’s not that hard do but with anything the more time you put into it the more you will get out. Best of all there’s no selling, no products!! If you are going to start your own business then the first question you should be asking yourself is what is the demand for that business and what is the market trend and who will your target customers be.
Also do you want a online business or a place where customers can visit, with the economy the wayt it is right now I would a small on line business venture and start with a business that does not require to invest alot of out of pocket money.
