    be fair and be honest…

    if you CANT afford this compensation system… DONT EMPLOY ! unless the employee accepts it !

    5/6 jewellery trade employers that i worked for, are so tight with their money !! if thats the case, why the hell do they employ people for in the first place ?

    some have ripped me off so bad…. and i had to live with that !….

    but not anymore =)

    now its my turn to open a business, and i will treat my staff very well, when i can afford to hire staff.
